At Jo Loves, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances or candles that have been sampled or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Affix the prepaid return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
